What matcha do you use?
We use ceremonial grade matcha, selected for its smooth taste, vibrant colour, and balanced flavour profile.
Quality is extremely important to us. Rather than compromise on standards, we'd rather temporarily mark an item as unavailable than serve a product we're not proud of. If we don't have the quality matcha we're looking for, we simply won't sell it. 🍵💚
How far in advance can I place my order?
You can only place orders 15 minutes ahead of the next timeslot; e.g. at 2.06pm, you can place order for 2.30pm. This gives us enough time to craft your beverage for you!
As for how far in advance we release our availability, we aim to schedule the next week’s slots every Friday!
How long can I keep the drinks for?
Our drinks are best enjoyed fresh! 💚 For the best flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying them as soon as possible. If kept for too long or overnight, the taste and quality may change… So savour it while it's fresh!
Are your products halal?
While we are not currently halal-certified, all ingredients used in our beverages are sourced from halal-certified suppliers wherever applicable.

We do not keep any furry pets within our home, helping us maintain a clean and controlled preparation environment.

Are you food safety certified?

Our founder is currently enrolled in a WSQ Food Safety certification course, with certification expected upon successful completion. We’ll update here with the details soon once the certificate is issued!
